The La Galería Restaurant can comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests, distributed in a 250 m² dining room elegantly decorated in a bright, open-plan space with large windows overlooking the gardens.

Next to the main dining room, there is a covered children's play area for the convenience of our guests.

We offer a wide variety of dishes on our à la carte menu, featuring both traditional and signature cuisine, with an extensive selection of fish and red meats. Highlights include our speciality—wood-fired roast suckling lamb—as well as grilled lamb chops, and among our fish dishes, the cod or the grilled scampi with garlic essence.

In our La Galería dining room, measuring 110 m², we serve the daily menu in Burgos from Monday to Friday (working days) starting at 1:00 p.m. It includes a choice of 4 starters, 4 main courses, dessert, water or wine.

The restaurant offers three private dining rooms of 25 m² each — the Arroyal Room, the Páramo Room and the Marmellar Room — ideal for business meals or family gatherings. They accommodate between 7 and 18 guests, providing the privacy and quiet atmosphere that small events require. We also have the Pastor Room, measuring 38 m², with capacity for up to 28 people.

In addition, we have 600 m² of fully exterior, open-plan halls available for business events such as conventions, company presentations and meetings, as well as for social and family celebrations: weddings, golden or silver anniversaries, communions, birthdays, retirements, and more.

The Wine Press Space is a precious hall, with 450 m2, that has been stylishly decorated in order to recreate a traditional wine press. Located next to the balcony and the green areas of the hotel, it is the perfect place for cocktail parties, new product shows and business meetings
