The Restaurant in Burgos La Galería offers a menu of traditional dishes of the region, such as “morcilla de Burgos” (traditional black sausage from Burgos), young lamb sweetbreads, Castilian soup, red kidney beans from Ibeas de Juarros and our suckling lamb roasted in a wood-fired oven.
Our Chef, along with all his team have included a section of creative cuisine in the menu of the Restaurant La Galería. Among others, we should highlight the Pig's trotters stuffed with Boletus, the Caramelized goat cheese Fondue with salad or our Teriyaki beef tenderloin wok with vegetables.
Our creative and avant-garde cuisine menu changes throughout the year in order to be adapted to the seasonal products supply.
