Our chef. Nacho Rojo together with his entire team of cooks has included on our menu a new section of creative and avant-garde cuisine. Among other, some of our brilliant specialities are Pig's trotters stuffed with boletus, Caramelized goat cheese fondue served with salad and our beef sirloin steak grilled with a glaze of soy sauce, mirin and sugar by the Japanese Teriyaki technique served with vegetables
