The Carvery Restaurant La Galería in Burgos has a faithful and demanding clientele who daily receive the best cares and enjoys the traditional roast lamb cooked in two impressive wood-fired ovens located next to the elegant dining room that hosts 90 guests.
We also have to highlight our grilled meat and the plenty of choice of delicious and mouth-watering fishes. Needless to mention one of our specialities of the house: Dublin bay prawns cooked au gratin with a garlic scent and codfish au gratin.

Our chef, Nacho Rojo, has been short-listed, among others, on the Spanish championship of the competition Concurso Cocinero del Año (Chef of the Year), of The Alimentaria Experience, and the Bocadillos de Autor (Signature Sandwich Competition), of Madrid Fusión.
